TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 340 OF 2019 By Daniel Thuo Kimani, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimani Guchu alias Kimani Waguchu, who died at Gitura, on 19th September, 2013. CAUSE No. 372 OF 2019 By Bernard Murigi K. Wanyoike, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Wanyoike Kabuti, who died at Kagira, on 9th July, 2011. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
