TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 127 OF 2019 By (1) Benard Njagi Njiru and (2) Jacob Mbakathu Njiru, both of P.O. Box 70, Runyenjes in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elisia Mwithi Njiru alias Elesia Mwithi Njiru, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 9th July, 2017. CAUSE No. 161 OF 2019 By Mary Rwamba Njeru, of P.O. Box 25, Runyenjes in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate' of Njeru Kamomoya, late of Embu, who died at St. Michael Nursing Home, on 29th October, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
