TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 99 OF 2019 By Shem Sagala Deru, the deceased's purchaser, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abisolom Lugose, who died at Gavudia Sub-location, on 26th March, 2013. CAUSE No. 157 OF 2019 By Edwin Chasia Chagala, the deceasedl son, for a grant of letters of-administration intestate to the estate of Peter Imbugwa Kidakwa, who died at Kisatiru Sub-location, on 20th August, 1995. CAUSE No. 204 OF 2019 By Zerika Mmbone Luvisia, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Enos Savatia Luvai alias Enos Sabatia Luvai, who died at Gaigedi Sub-location, on 17th July, 1999. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
