TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 419 OF 2017 By Salome Sanga, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Joshua Wangio, who died at Makande, on 9th March, 2012. CAUSE NO. 149 OF 2019 By (1) Julius Caeser Kalama and (2) Jedidah Manga Mwamburi, both of P.O. Box 83825, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's brother and sister-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Brown Chai, who died at Frere Town, on 12th April, 2011. CAUSE No. 176 OF 2019 By (I) Richard Nzwii Wambua, (2) Kennedy Mutisya Wambua and (3) Nancy Mumbua Wambua, all of P.O. Box 94603-80115, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's children, fora grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Wambua Mutisya, who died on 20th January, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
