TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 151 of 2019 By James Okoth Mbai, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Mbayi Onyango alias Waombo Ombai alias Mbai Onyango alias Oinue Mbai, who died on 23rd May, 1992. CAusE No. 157 OF 2019 By Nicholas Ouma Ounda, the deceased's son, fox a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ramanus Ounda Ajode, who died on 28th January, 2018. CAusE No. 158 of 2019 By Mary Atieno Mala, of P.O. Box 53, Kombewa in Kenya. the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leonadus Mala Owii alias Mala Owi, who died at Kit Mikayi Sub-location, on 15th October, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
