TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 405 OF 2018 By (1) George Oraro Aboge and (2) Sylvester Okoth Aboge, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Aboge Okech, who died on 18th May, 1990. CAUSE No. 195 OF 2019 By (1), Mary Achieng Odugu and (2) <Hellen Awuor Odugu, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Odugu Ogweno, who died on 28th May, 2018. CAUSE No. 256 OF 2019 By Titus Donde Ogada, of P.O. Box 1923, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leonadus Ogada Ogalo alias Ogada Ogalo, who died at Korando, on 16th April, 1980. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Ketiya Gazette.
