Box 170, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased's widow and uncle, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joash Mitunda Ondieki, who died at Moi Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 10th October, 2013. CAusE No. 157 OF 2019 By Erick Mokaya Ombaki, of P.O. Box Private Bag, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of adininistration intestate to the estate of Mercella Magoma Ombaki, who died at Masongo, on 13th September, 2010.
