TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 144 OF 2018 By Domiano Mutegi Kaberia, of P.O. Box 102, Maua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamberia M'Murabua M'Mitili alias Kaberia Muirabua, who died at K.K. Muuti Sub-location, on 12th June, 1999. CAUSE No. 145 OF 2018 By Samwel Macheria M'Ithili, of P.O. Box 149, Maua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ithili Ngauru, who died at Itumi Location, on 30th January, 1988. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
