TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 25 OF 2017 By James Muthusi Mulila, the deceaced's son, for a grant of letters of' adMinistration intestate to the estate of David Mullis Muthusi, who died at Migwani, Mwingi District, on 1st July, 1991. CAUSE NO. 86 OF 2018 By Ngoki Mwathi Tutu, of P.O. Box 429, Mwingi in Kenya, the deceased's clughter, through the advocate (C. K Nzili ), for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwathi Tulu Kavela, late of NZIWIli Suh-location, who died there, on 17th September, 2017. The Court will proceed to, issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
