Box 90019–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the executrix named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate of will to the estate of Christiane Danet alias Christiane Jacqueline Renee Marquezy, who died at 200, Rue, Rivoli, Paris 1, France, on 21st October, 2018. CAUSE NO. 42 OF 2019 By (1) Grace Nyambura Njoroge and (2) Alex Mungai Njoroge, both of P.O. Box 97486–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fredrick Njoroge Mungai, who died at Coast General Hospital in Kenya, on 30th December, 2018. CAUSE NO. 46 OF 2019 By (1) Fouzia Abdalla Zubedi and (2) Said Abdalla Zubedi, both of P.O. Box 81264–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abdalla Said Zubedi, who died at Twapa, on 10th September, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
