TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 52 OF 2018 By (1) Julius Kipchirchir Kosgei and (2) Philimon Yego, both of P.O. Box 182–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Kipkorir Bitok, late of Kabruce, Nandi, who died at Eldoret Hospital in Kenya. CAUSE NO. 133 OF 2019 By (1) Regina Matsitsa Opumbi, (2) Teresia Injehu Opumbi and (3) Julius Mwimbi Opumbi, all of P.O. Box 3131–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, through Messrs. Chebii & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Opumbi Mulando, late of Kuinet Location, Uasin Gishu, who died at Talai, on 1st August, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
