CAUSE NO. 346 OF 2019 By Charles Ndungu Karumbo, of P.O. Box 641—00219, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karumbo Mbugua, who died at Karuri, Kiambaa, on 25th November, 1993. Box 74632–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucy Wairimu Karanja, who died at Nairobi, on 2nd March, 2013. CAUSE NO. 485 OF 2019 By (1) Francis Joseph Kimeria and (2) Jane Wambui Kungu, both of P.O. Box 282—00219, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kung’u Kimeria alias Kung’u Kimeria, who died at Muchatha Sub-location, on 25th October, 1978. CAUSE NO. 486 OF 2019 By (1) Njuguna Ngugi and (2) John Ngugi Ng’eng’e, both of P.O. Box 1071—00900, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngugi Njuguna, who died at Kihara, on 25th December, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
