TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 216 OF 2018 By (1) Peter Ndungi Thairu and (2) Josephine Waithira Wanjura, both of P.O. Box 1, Gilgil in Kenya the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyanjau Thairu alias Nyanjau Theuri, late of Gilgil, who died at District Hospital, Ol Kalou in Kenya, on 15th July, 1978. CAUSE NO. 251 OF 2018 By Mary Wangari Wangari, of P.O. Box 67525—00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Salome Mumbi Kinuthia, late of Ngong, who died there on 8th November, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
