TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 163 OF 2019 By (1) Felista Gichuku Nyaga and (2) Junius Kariuki Mbogo, both of P.O. Box 178, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johnson Nyaga Mbogo, who died at Gatituri Sub-location, on 10th December, 2018. CAUSE NO. 196 OF 2019 By (1) Florah Nkoyai Njeru and (2) Violet Kagwiria Njeru, both of P.O. Box 11791–60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s mother and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Nyaga Kiarago, late of Municipality Location, who died at Meridian Equator Hospital in Kenya, on 24th December, 2013. CAUSE NO. 244 OF 2019 By (1) Halima Gedi Omar and (2) Mariam Gedi Omar, both of P.O. Box 3–60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and mother-in- law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Adan Maalim Hussein, late of Mbeti North Location, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 1st December, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
