TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 49 OF 2019 By (1) Nicholas Kimotho Kiuhu and (2) Simon Mirera Machaira, both of P.O. Box 1548–10101, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Virginia Wangu Macharia, who died at District Hospital, Nanyuki in Kenya, on 28th June, 2008. CAUSE NO. 96 OF 2019 By Florence Mugambi, of P.O. Box 22, Timau in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mugambi Magiri, who died at Naivasha, on 16th October, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
