CAUSE NO. 138 OF 2019 By Lazarus Muema Mbithi, of P.O. Box 143—90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Mbithi Nzwili, who died at Kitui, on 31st January, 2014. CAUSE NO. 235 OF 2019 By Jane Mbuli Makato, of P.O. Box 1, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndaa Manda, who died at Ivovoa Sub-location, on 10th October, 1988. CAUSE NO. 236 OF 2019 By Jane Mbuli Makato, of P.O. Box 1, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiteme Kilile, who died at Ivovoa Sub- location, on 26th May, 1995.
