TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 7 OF 2018 By (1) Josephine Beatrice Achieng Mranda and (2) Andrew Anyega Omariba, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vincent Omariba Mwabebe, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 20th November, 2019. CAUSE NO. 100 OF 2019 By (1) Virginia Kimani Njau and (2) Milcah Wacheke Kimani, both of P.O. Box 48726–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Kimani Njau, late of Kitengela, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd August, 2014. CAUSE NO. 116 OF 2019 By (1) Saigelu Melita and (2) Lemomo Ntiolo, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nkeeyai Ntiolo Lekimuat alias Nkeyeyiai ole Ntiolo, who died at Toroka Sub-location, on 23rd February, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
