TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 130 OF 2017 By Daniel Gori Amecha, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gori Lamech Nyachaki, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 28th December, 2012. CAUSE NO. 89 OF 2019 By (1) James Ngelechei and (2) Daniel Kipkirui Samoei, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkoros arap Chesimet alias Chesimet Kipkoros Malulchi, who died at Rongena Sub-location, on 12th June, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
