TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 256 OF 2017 By Benard Mukewa Mutuka, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutoka Mukewa Wabulukhu alias Mutokaa Mukenya, who died at Tongaren, on 9th July, 1991. CAUSE NO. 378 OF 2019 By Dismas Kituyi Kimoi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Valent Kimoi Makata alias Ferlend Kimoi, (2) Makanyanga Makata, (3) Gaitano Wamaniala Namungu and (4) Samuel Waulikha Namungu alias Samuel Namungu, who died at North Nalondo, on 27th September, 1979, 2nd December, 1979, 20th May, 2003 and 1st July, 2003, respectively. CAUSE NO. 436 OF 2019 By Rodgers Wanyonyi Wepukhulu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Noah Wepukhulu Soita alias Wepukhulu Soita, who died at Tamulega, on 21st July, 2002. CAUSE NO. 457 OF 2019 By (1) Daniel Wafula Kirui and (2) Richard Nyongesa Kiluyi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Geofrey Muyala Makasi, who died at Namwenula Ward, on 8th August, 2018. CAUSE NO. 530 OF 2019 By (1) Rosa Khevali Simiyu and (2) David Nyongesa Simiyu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Matayo Simiyu, who died at Misikhu Hospital in Kenya, on 11th August, 1980. CAUSE NO. 532 OF 2019 By (1) Richard Wanyonyi Mauka, (2) Justus Naliakho and (3) Francis M. Nasila, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakiel Simali Mauka alias Simali Mauka, who died at Kabuchai, on 3rd September, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
