TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 80 OF 2019 By Christopher Anyona, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letter of administration intestate to the estate of Filgona Onyango Ojinga, who died at Wathorego Sub-location, Kisumu, on 14th November, 1999. CAUSE NO. 98 OF 2019 By (1) Samuel Otieno Odiyo and (2) Justus Onyango Kanango, the deceased’s grandsons, for a grant of letter of administration intestate to the estate of Nelson Nyabande Mbeche alias Nyabande Mbeche, who died at Chiga Sub-location, Kisumu, on 20th December, 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
