TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 78 OF 2019 By (1) Mark William Allen and (2) Tina Anne Allen, both of P.O. Box 777–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s parents, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Frederick Allen, who died at Watamu, Kilifi, on 8th March, 2019. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
