TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 70 OF 2019 By Jane Jepkosgei Kipanua, of P.O. Box 334, Iten in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gedion Wendot Chelimo, who died on 7th December, 2004. CAUSE NO. 80 OF 2019 By (1) Paul Kimutai Yego and (2) Johana Kwambai Yego, both of P.O. Box 281, Kapsowar in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Yego Cheptoo alias Yego Cheptoo, who died at Kapyego Sub-location, on 21st May, 2012. CAUSE NO. 81 OF 2019 By (1) Zephania Kibet Kimosop and (2) Jonathan Kipsoi Kaino, both of P.O. Box 281, Iten in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaino Kirop alias Kaino A. Kirop, who died at Kararia, on 15th April, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
