TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 279 OF 2019 By Domtila Adhiambo Owuor, of P.O. Box 1–40404, Rongo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Janes Owuor, who died at West Kamagambo Location, on 15th September, 2014. CAUSE NO. 280 OF 2019 By Bernard Angwen Oriama, of P.O. Box 68, Rapogi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezekiel Oriama alias Ezekiel Oriema Ooko, who died at Kamgundho Location, on 21st August, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
