Box 217, Sondu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicodemo Hongo Mbowe alias Hongo Mbowe, who died at East Kadiang’a, on 14th August, 1992. CAUSE NO. 252 OF 2019 By Peres Juma Awuor, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezakiel Awuor Opinya alias Ezekiel Awuor Opinya, who died on 9th March, 1994. CAUSE NO. 253 OF 2019 By Maurice Okoth Ayie, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Nyindodo Bange alias William Nyindodo Bangi, who died on 15th July 1992. CAUSE NO. 254 OF 2019 By Margaret Adhiambo Rawo, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Odeny Ngolo Ngolo, who died on 24th August, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
