CAUSE NO. 289 OF 2019 By Joseph M. Okenyu, the deceased’s stepson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wasira Manyala alias Wachira Manyala, who died on 12th May, 1995. CAUSE NO. 290 OF 2019 By Anjilinah Apiyo Ayugi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Ayugi Okore alias Samwel Ayugi, who died on 7th September, 1989. CAUSE NO. 291 OF 2019 By (1) Beatrice Jane Mware and (2) Enure Otieno Odongo, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucas Odongo Odhiang alias Lukas Odongo, who died on 20th March, 2003.
