TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 435 OF 2016 By Grace Wanjiku Ndaba, of P.O. Box 44, Wanguru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Ndaba Kairu, who died at Kiarukungu, on 26th April, 2015. CAUSE NO. 20 OF 2019 By Josta Kathugu Njoka, of P.O. Box 2, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njoka Renye, who died at Gachigi, on 23rd May, 2003. CAUSE NO. 101 OF 2019 By Andija Wanjiku Mohamed, of P.O. Box 262–10300, Kerugoya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mohamed Mwarangu, who died at Gachigi, on 9th January, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
