Box 233–00208, Ngong in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Salim Lekishon Montent, who died at Kejiando, on 3rd May, 2019. 6th December, 2019 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. 62 OF 2019 By (1) Jane Ruguru M’Manyara and (2) Samuel Muriuki Manyara, both of P.O. Box 50018–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gilbert Imanyara Miriju, who died at Komarock Modern Health Care, on 28th December, 2017. CAUSE NO. 81 OF 2019 By (1) Stephen Kitu Sapunyu, (2) Salau ole Sapunyu and (3) Tatatia ene Sapunyu, all of P.O. Box 7–00208, Ngong Hills in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nchayo ole Saponyo alias Nchayo ole Sapunyu, who died at Saikeri Sub-location, on 2nd June, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
