Mirasy, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Oscar O. Mirasy alias Oluoch R. Mirasy, who died at Kokwiri, on 5th April, 1996. CAUSE NO. 367 OF 2019 By Winnie Lilian A. Mirasy, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Mirasay alias Paul Mirasi Mbuge, who died at St. Barnabas Medical Centre, on 12th June, 2013. CAUSE NO. 368 OF 2019 By Irene Atieno Ochieng, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Ochieng Owiti, who died at Barkowino Sub-location, on 28th September, 1998. Box 236, Bondo in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, son and widow, respectively, through Messrs. Ken Omollo & Co., advocates of Kisumu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfred Obunga Achieng alias Obunga Achieng’ Thomas Ochom Osodo and Augustine Ongondo, who died at Got Abiero and Lieta Sub-locations, on 13th November, 1978, 10th April, 2008 and 13th March, 2018, respectively. CAUSE NO. 399 OF 2019 By William Okeyo Onduta, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elisha Onduta Oyiecha, who died at Uyawi Sub-location, on 1st October, 2006. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
