TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 121 OF 2019 By Samson Angolo Timothy Osiru, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Otenda Bulali Omulika alias Otenda Bulali, who died at Ebusikhale Sub-location, on 18th January, 1972. CAUSE NO. 131 OF 2019 By David Otieno Majengo, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshwa Olwelo Majengo, who died on 26th October, 2014. CAUSE NO. 141 OF 2019 By Miriam Adamba Elibese, of P.O. Box 628, Maragoli in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezekiel Obonyo Libese, who died at Mbihi Sub-location, in 2017. CAUSE NO. 193 OF 2019 By (1) Monicah Okoba Opati and (2) Wilfred Asuna Opati, the deceased’s sister and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Selipha Ongecha Opati, who died on 14th November, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
