TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 291 OF 2018 By Judith Jendeka Okoyo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johnstone Howard Okoyo, who died at Esianda Sub-location, on 18th March, 2009. CAUSE NO. 164 OF 2019 By (1) Leah Ayuma Onyango and (2) Antony Vincent Onyango, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwamba Ingati Otakwa alias Otakwa Ingati, who died at Esikhuyu Sub-location, on 20th January, 1993. CAUSE NO. 165 OF 2019 By E. Akuse Ochola, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Miya Ekongo, who died at Ebukanga Sub-location, on 4th April, 1983. CAUSE NO. 178 OF 2019 By Peter Were Chitwa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackton Andalo Alwala alias Chitwa Were, who died at Essunza Sub-location, on 30th September, 1997. CAUSE NO. 201 OF 2019 By Florence Kenyolwa Mulengeka, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Iminza Kitusu, who died at Ikumba Sub-location, on 19th December, 2014.
