TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 65 OF 2019 By (1) Agnes Muingo Mwinzi Kamia and (2) Ndungi Mwinzi Kamia, both of P.O. Box 197–90400, Mwingi in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John David Mwinzi alias David Mwinzi Kamia, who died at District Hospital, Mwingi in Kenya, on 1st December, 2003. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
