CAUSE NO. 81 OF 2019 By Nthenge Kyule, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutile Nzuki, who died at Ndithini, on 13th July, 1998. CAUSE NO. 97 OF 2019 By Onesmus Masaka, of P.O. Box 26, Masinga in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nthoki Mutua, who died at Masinga. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
