TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 51 OF 2019 By (1) Kalekye Kilonzi and (2) Muteti Kilonzi, both of P.O. Box 1– 90400, Mwingi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kilonzi Maluki Mulandi alias Kilonzi Maluki, who died at Kwanungu Sub- location, on 22nd April, 2011. CAUSE NO. 53 OF 2019 By Esther Mutei Kyalo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicholas Kyalo Nzelu, who died at Komarock, on 27th October, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
