TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 320 OF 2019 By Margaret Oduor Malowa, of P.O. Box 32—40606, Ugunja in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ojwang Otieno alias Ojwang Othieno, who died at Simur Sub-location, on 4th December, 1992. CAUSE NO. 324 OF 2019 By Anne Anyango Charles, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Onyango Owidhi, who died on 29th May, 1979. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
