TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 6th December, 2019 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. 18 OF 2017 By (1) Mary Obonyo Omino, (2) Samwel Ogola Omino and (3) James Hongo Omino, all of P.O. Box 131, Muhoroni in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Albert Omino Akech, who died at East Karateng, Kisumu, on 10th January, 2005. CAUSE NO. 22 OF 2018 By Jason Okal Oyoo, of P.O. Box 65, Muhoroni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Oyoo Ojijo, who died at Godjope, on 10th July, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
