REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Petronilla Okumu, (2) Fredrick Okeda Okumu, (3) Joseph Owino Okumu and (4) Francis Odialo Okumu, as the administrators of the estate of Charles Okumu Awili (deceased), all of P.O. Box 55645-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors lessees of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 3107, situate in Kisumu Municipality in the district of Nyanza, by virtue of a grant registered as I.R. 152/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said grant has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
