THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Salome Wambui Njoroge, of P.O. Box 388, Karuri in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.0415, 0.109 and 0.101 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kiambu, registered under title Nos. Kiambaa/ Kanunga/ 3076, Kiambaa/ Waguthu/1404 and Kiambaa/Waguthu/1405, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
