THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Margaret Waithira Mwangi, as an administrator of the estate of Ephantus Peter Mwangi Githini (deceased) on one hand, (2) Abigael Munjiru Njikah and (3) Suzanne Mutheoni Njika, as the administrators of the estate of Josiah Njika Njoroge (deceased), all of P.O. Box 88, Kahuro in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 36/111/1035, situate in the City of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of an indenture of conveyance registered in Volume N23 folio 333/11 file 7240, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas the proprietor has indemnified the Government of the Republic of Kenya against all claims that may be made after reconstruction of the register, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
