REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Githinji Kamau (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 2023 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title No. Kajiado/Kaputiei-North/1350, and whereas the High Court at Nairobi at Milimani in succssiion cause No. 638 of 2001, has issued letters of administration to (1) Douglas Kamau Githinji, (2) Charles Ngugi Kamau, (3) Joan Waithera Githinji and (4) Sally Wairimu Mworia, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the gren card issued thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I shall issue a new green card provided that no objection has been received within that.period.
