THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Laban Teka Ikhale alias Teka sin Ikhale, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as N/Kabras/Swandeti/349 and N/Kabras/Sulungai/470, situate in the district of Kakamega, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate's Court at Kakamega in succession cause no. 856 of 2011, has issued grant and letters of administration intestate to (1) John Sitati Teka and (2) Stanley Lutorobwa Teka, and 1st November, 2019 THE KENYA GAZETTE 4295 whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration Of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 and issue land title deed to the said (1) John Sitati Teka and (2) Stanley Lutorobwa Teka, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Laban Teka Ikhale alias Teka s/o Ikhale, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
