TRANSFER

PURSUANT to sections 3 and 4 of the Transfer of Business Act (Cap. 500) Laws of Kenya, notice is given that Nomad Palace Hotel of P.O. Box 47346-00100, Nairobi, aforesaid (Transferor) who carries on business as hotel and restaurant under the name Nomad Palace Hotel and whose registered business is at L.R. No 36/VII/327, General Waruinge Street, Eastleigh, Nairobi, intends to transfer its business and assets to Nomad Paradise Hotel Limited aforesaid (Transferee) of P.O. Box 57175-00200, Nairobi, at the same premises. The transferee shall not assume any of the liabilities incurred in the business by the transferor prior to the date of transfer.
