COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN
NOTICE is given that preparation of the above-mentioned part development plan was on 19th September, 2006, completed. •
The development plan relates to land situated within Nairobi City
County and specifically bound by Eastleigh 1st Avenue and Nairobi
River to the north, Outer Ring Road to the east, the Embakasi Railway line to the south and the Central Business District, Ring Road Ngara and Murang'a Roads to the east.
Copies of the development plan as prepared have been deposited for public inspection at the office of the Director, Urban Policy and
Research, City County Government at City Hall.
The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the office of the Director, Urban Policy and
Research, City County Government at City Hall, between the hours of
8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named development plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the Director, Urban Policy and Research, Nairobi City County, P.O.
Box 30075-00100, Nairobi, within sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice and such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made.
