NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 16th September, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 419, in Volume DI, Folio 253/4582, File No. MMXIX, by our client, Elizabeth Adhiambo Violet Ochieng, of P.O Box 202-00621, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Elizabeth Adhiambo Violet, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Elizabeth Adhiambo Violet, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Elizabeth Adhiambo Violet Ochieng, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Elizabeth Adhiambo Violet Ochieng only.
