NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 26th April, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 105, in Volume DI, Folio 351/6071, File No. MMXIX, by our client, Kelvin Hick Okwama, of P.O Box 16341- 00610, Nairobi in the Republic of•Kenya, formerly known as Kelvin Ochieng Okwama, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Kelvin Ochieng Okwama, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Kelvin Hick Okwama, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Kelvin Hick Okwama only.
