IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 137 of the Public Finance Management Act, 2012, the Governor of Kakamega County appoints— Alfred Anekeya Mang'ula, William Elisha Owuya, Faizah Shisia, Noah Mukabane Arekama, Harrison Etindi Aseka, Godfrey Lunayo Lumumba, Japheth Werengai Lukoye, Sarah Igobwa, Lucy Tsinyeni Mulobi, Enosh Lugonzo Luchetu, Hannigtone Makau Mudenyo, to be members of the Kakamega County Budget and Economic Forum, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 1st July, 2019 Dated the 29th October, 2019 W.
