THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Philip Irungu Nginyi (ID/26398212), of P.O. Box 514-10400, Nanyuki in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land containing 0.046 and 0.046 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Laikipia District, registered under title Nos. Tigithi Matanya Block 3/2436 and 2437 (Matanya Centre), respectively, and whereas the land registers (green cards) in respect thereof are lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land registers have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land registers shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
