WHEREAS Shelmith Wambui Njogu, of P.O. Box 25464-00630, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land each containing 0.144 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nyeri, registered under title Nos. Aguthi/Gatitu/1235 and 1237, respectively, and whereas a transfer in favour of Depar Limited has been executed by KWFT Micro Finance Bank Limited, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land registers are lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to open new land registers and upon such opening, the missing land registers shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
