REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peris Wairimu Kamweti (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.40 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nyeri, known as Gakawa/Githima/Block 1/Burguret/354, and whereas the judge of the High Court of Kenya at Meru in succession cause no. 491 of 2012, has ordered that the piece of land be transferred to James Ndirangu Hiuhu, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost or cannot be traced, notice is given. that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with production of the said land certificate and issue to the said James Ndirangu Hiuhiu, and upon such registration the land certificate issued earlier to the said Peris Wairimu Kamweti (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
