REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Henry Njoroge Gachau, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.4435 hectare or thereabouts, known as Ruiru Kiu Block 2 (Githunguri)/20145, situate in the district of Ruiru, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Thika in succession cause no. 358 of 2018, directed the name of Henry Njoroge Gachau be cancelled and replaced with that of Beatrice Gathoni Njoroge, of P.O. Box 140-00232, Ruiru in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Henry Njoroge Gachau has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of R.L. 19 and R. L. 7 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Henry Njoroge Gachau shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Dated the 8th November, 2019. R. M.
