REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samson Maina Kanyuira alias Maina alias Maina s/o Kanyuira alias Maina s/o Kanywira (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Mutara Thome Block 1/1393, situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate's Court at Karatina in succession cause no. 194 of 2018, has issued grant in favour of Elijah Wachira Maina, and whereas the said Elijah Wachira Maina has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of R.L. 19, and whereas the land title deed of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in the name of Samson Maim Kanyuira alias Maina alias Maina s/o Kanyuira alias Maina s/o Kanywira (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
